Scope of Services

I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, #18799, & Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, #153353, practicing under the supervision of Dr. Sean Tobin, PsyD (#33387). My services are provided under the laws and regulations of the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS). Therapy services are available to clients physically located in California.

Fees & Payment Policy

Therapy session fees start at $175 per session. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee therapy spots to make counseling more accessible while maintaining a sustainable practice. Please reach out to me to discuss eligibility and availability. Payments must be made in full at or after the time of service.

Insurance

While I am not contracted with any insurance companies, I will provide you with a billing statement upon request that you can submit to your insurance company. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged the full session fee unless due to an emergency.

Telehealth Services

Telehealth sessions are available to clients residing in California. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a secure, private location for sessions. Telehealth has inherent risks, including potential technology disruptions.
