Hello.

I’m Kolbe.

I’m a Catholic husband, father, associate psychotherapist, and facilitator.

I’m here to create space for the adults who think deeply, feel deeper still, and serve endlessly to help them finally find the peace and belonging they readily offer yet can never quite receive.

My practice is evidenced-based and deeply human, pulling from my lived and clinical experience, from relational neuroscience, depth and somatic psychology, and from Christian contemplative spirituality.

  • For those outside California or seeking a non-clinical space, I offer 1:1 coaching focused on:

    • nervous system regulation

    • trauma-informed personal growth

    • embodiment and integration

    • faith-integrated healing

    These sessions are not psychotherapy treating mental disorders but offer structured, supportive guidance rooted in somatic and relational principles.

  • Healing deepens in community.

    I offer seasonal group experiences, including:

    • Incarno is a body-centered, faith-integrated movement practice and support group designed to be accessible for anyone wishing to grow in nervous system regulation and body and emotional awareness

    • Restore is a trauma-informed therapy group for men navigating sexual addiction and compulsivity

    These groups support the development of safety, presence, and relational healing in a shared space.
