Course Launching Soon

Hello! I’m Kolbe

I’m a son, husband, father, complex trauma survivor, and integrative therapist.

I’ve been through it myself. Now I guide my clients through slow, sacred, and embodied healing—where the nervous system softens in Truth and Grace, and the body becomes a bridge for deep expression & reconnection.

However you’re showing up here, I hope something offers you a balm for the journey.

My Offerings

I offer both locally clinical & remotely non-clinical services.

I practice clinically as an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor #18799 & Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #153353 through the Catholic Therapy Center. Clinical Supervision is with Dr. Sean Tobin, PsyD 33387

  • For California residents seeking licensed therapy, I provide trauma-informed, body-centered psychotherapy rooted in neuroscience, attachment, and Catholic spirituality. Together we tend to wounds of trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and dissociation with compassion and depth. I practice as an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor #18799 & Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #153353 through the Catholic Therapy Center. • For those outside California or seeking a non-clinical space, I offer 1:1 guidance sessions. These sessions weave attunement, somatic practices, parts work, and prayerful reflection to support healing, integration, and transformation in your daily life.

  • Healing deepens in community. I host seasonal group experiences - such as Trauma & Addiction Recovery and Incarnational Healing groups - where shame and complex trauma soften in the the collective creation of a felt-sense of safety, presence, and nonjudgmental acceptance. Come explore a blessed grace that transcends any one person’s grief and trauma in the bond of Christ-centered healing care and compassion.

  • My courses offer structured pathways into healing at your own pace. Blending teaching, guided practices, and contemplative integration, these programs invite you to regulate your nervous system, re-inhabit your body, rediscover your parts, and encounter Christ in the midst of it all.

  • Through letters, articles, and reflections, I share stories, practices, and insights at the crossroads of psychology, spirituality, and embodiment. My writing is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and enter the ongoing work of healing the culture from the inside out.

You are already enough.

Maybe your body wants rest, presence, and a way to feel without flooding or collapsing.

Begin by supporting your nervous system to finally feel safe enough to surrender to a deeper way of healing.

New Offerings

I have two offerings going live soon. I’m excited to share these with you.

NEW GROUP

Trauma & Sexual Addiction Group

A seasonal therapy group for men seeking healing and transformation rooted in science & centered on Christ

I’ve been listening.

What I hear in men again and again is this:
You’re tired of white-knuckling through cycles of lust, secrecy, or compulsive patterns. You long for a place that doesn’t just tell you to “try harder,” but meets you with compassion, accountability, and a path of real change.

Our Trauma & Sexual Addiction Men’s Group is built for that need.
It’s a neuroscience-backed, faith-tailored space where men can name their struggles, retrain their nervous systems, and discover freedom in Christ together. Here, you don’t have to choose between being a man of faith and being honest about your wounds—you can be both. Healing becomes a process of reclaiming your body, your relationships, and your dignity.

NEW COURSE

Coming Home—to Body, Soul, and His Presence

An Introduction to Incarnational Healing

A self-paced 5 week course that offers a pilgrimage into nervous system formation, interior integration, and spiritual renewal.

What I hear in trauma survivors is different, but no less urgent:

You carry a body that remembers what the mind cannot always name. You ache for safety, grounding, and a way of prayer that doesn’t bypass the nervous system but welcomes it into Christ’s healing embrace.

That is why I created Coming Home: An Introduction to Incarnational Healing.
A 5-week course designed for those living with the effects of complex trauma, it brings together the best of modern neuroscience, somatic practice, and the deep well of Catholic spirituality. Each step offers both teaching and embodied practice, so you can learn to dwell safely in your own body again and encounter Christ not in spite of, but through your lived humanity.
